A sister from Missionaries of Charity visits the Blanchet House Founders’ Cafe on Oct. 18, 2017.
On October 18, our lunch guests in the Founders’ Cafe were lucky to be visited by two sisters from Missionaries of Charity, along with Archbishop Alexander Sample. The sisters heard about the great work being done at Blanchet House and wanted to experience a meal service. Making their way from table to table, the sisters sweetly asked guests if they might sit with them during their lunch. After taking a seat, the sisters asked about the guests’ enjoyment of their meal and how they came to be at Blanchet House on that day. Many guests enjoyed the kind attention being paid to them by the sisters.
