Blanchet Farm resident in woodshop

Woodshop goods crafted with purpose and care

At Blanchet Farm, the woodshop is more than a workspace. It is a place to create, learn, and heal. Here, residents gain hands-on skills, build confidence, and express creativity through woodworking.

Finished pieces are made available for purchase on a limited basis, each one reflecting the craftsmanship and growth of the person who made it. Visit our online shop to check out current products.

From the Garden

The vegetable garden at Blanchet Farm is sown and tended by program participants. It produces fresh vegetables that are used at the farm, support meals served at Blanchet House, and help build connections with the wider community through a resident-run booth at the McMinnville Farmers Market.

Small-Batch Honey with Heart

The beekeeping program at Blanchet Farm offers residents the chance to learn hands-on skills while caring for hives that produce small-batch honey and support the health of the farm’s ecosystem. Limited-edition Blanchet Farm honey is available for purchase through our online shop.

Farm Fresh Eggs

Eggs are gathered daily by Blanchet Farm residents as part of a healing routine. They are then prepared and enjoyed by the residents, providing both nourishment and a meaningful connection to their work.

Blanchet Farm is also a weekly supplier of fresh eggs to Alchemist’s Jam in McMinnville. Through this partnership, our eggs are transformed into high-quality baked goods, connecting our program to the broader community.

PathBuilder Program

The PathBuilder program helps residents who want to build a career in farming or other hands-on fields.

Program participants work toward career goals, take part in training and certification programs, and receive one-on-one mentorship. They also take on leadership roles and learn by guiding and mentoring peers.

These experiences help them gain the skills and confidence they need to find steady work and succeed after leaving the farm.
