Tim Crippen

Tim joined the Blanchet House Board in 2023. As a partner at the law firm Black Helterline, his practice is focused on business and real estate law. He is a trusted advisor to the closely held family business and major institutions. He has particular expertise in merger and acquisition transactions, commercial contract negotiations, and trademark law.  Tim has served on various Oregon State Bar committees, including the Executive Committees of the Business Law Section and Securities Law Section, and was the co-chair of the Wordstock Board of Directors and helped usher it into a new future as part of Literary Arts.  Tim lives in the Concordia neighborhood of Northeast Portland with his wife and two daughters. As a family, they enjoy spending time with friends and traveling. Tim and his wife enjoy reading, golfing, and attempting to keep up with TV and movies.
