As the program coordinator, Michael Seid helps with direct services, in-kind donation logistics, resident engagement, and volunteer coordination. After he interned for Blanchet House back in 2021, he realized that he thrives the most within intersectional communities that engage with folks from all walks of life.

Michael received a BS in Organizational Communication from the University of Portland in 2022 with a focus in global sustainability. Coming from an ethnic family that started out poor after immigrating, he not only understands the intercultural hardships that minority populations face in our current system but has also grown to adopt a strong work ethic.
