I’m Duke (he/they)! I started by volunteering at local nonprofits and mutual aid groups. Eventually, I started working at nonprofits as shelter staff, and then case management. Now I utilize my lived experience as a Peer Support Specialist to support my peers in a variety of ways such as connecting them to resources, doing referrals, or just being a listening ear.
