“My first job was flipping burgers at a shabby little burger shack in 100° heat. It was so hot and miserable, but I still loved every minute of it. From then on I knew that cooking in any condition brought me joy and empowered me to bring joy to others through food. That is why I am so grateful for the opportunity to further the goals of the Blanchet House by providing healthy and delicious meals to all community members. And hopefully, I will be able to introduce some new flavors and ideas into the mix.”
