Blanchet House’s Emerging Leaders Board is a community of professionals committed to creating lasting impact in Portland, focusing on increasing awareness and support amongst a younger demographic.

Your Commitment
The Emerging Leaders Board is a two-year commitment that includes the following:
- Monthly board meetings (approximately 8 per year) where your ideas shape our impact
- Quarterly volunteer shifts serving meals in the Founders Cafe, where you’ll connect directly with the community we serve
- $120 minimum annual contribution to Blanchet House, preferably through our Hospitality Heroes monthly giving program
- Level up our engagement goals, reviewed and approved annually by current board members
- Lead planning for our signature On the Ledge art show—Blanchet House’s intersection of creativity and compassion
- Support the annual Lend a Helping Hand brunch through ticket sales, sponsorships, donations, and in-person attendance
- Engage your professional and personal networks in supporting Blanchet House
