About the Illustrator
Eva Wrzesinski is a multimedia artist based in Portland, Oregon. They blend art styles to explore and discover something new with every project. Eva draws inspiration from the natural world and often focuses on themes of childhood, relationships, and identity. Their current mediums include digital illustration, graphite, watercolor, and collage.
About the Authors
Marie Showers is a retired elementary school teacher. Over the years, she has written many stories and plays for her three daughters, five granddaughters, and classroom students. She lives in Michigan with her husband, Robert, and together they enjoy traveling and family time!
As one of Marie’s daughters, Julie Showers grew up surrounded by her mother’s creativity, which infused everyday tasks with joyful expression, humor, and perfect penmanship. She is the Communications Director at Blanchet House, where she feels grateful to share the organization’s good work with the world. Julie lives in Portland, Oregon, with her family and dog, Roy.
