The Board of Directors consists of thirteen members who, along with one full time paid Executive Director, meet for a planning session on the second Monday of each month. Many of the current Board Members have served on the Board for over six years and are directly or indirectly related to the original founders of the Blanchet House. The Executive Director, Brian Ferschweiler, oversees operations and administration, and two full-time paid managers, one at the Blanchet House and the other at the Blanchet Farm, are in charge of daily operations at their respective facilities. Both men answer to the Director.
